Kumeu Art in the Garden - Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th November 2010 10am - 5pm

Kumeu Art in the Garden and the NZ Art Guild will be showcasing some of the best regional artists and sculptors in Kumeu's award winning gardens during this fantastic two day event. There will be 90 artists spread throughout four top local gardens and will incorporate music at each garden. This is a unique charity event that celebrates the blending of art and culture with some outstanding garden gallery's - some which are open to the public for the very first time. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Rotary for disbursement to Charity - West Auckland Hospice and Huapai Volunteer Fire brigade.

“We wanted to create an event that could raise the national and international awareness of what amazing creative people we have in this region and what better gallery than some of the most beautifull gardens in the area” says Graham McIntyre, founder of the event and owner of LJ Hooker Kumeu one of the larger real estate companies in the area.

Ticket Sales
Tickets to this annual event are limited and to avoid disappointment we do ask that you purchase your tickets as soon as possible.  Gate sales are not guaranteed due to limited ticket numbers. 

Entry to the festival is:
$20 per person/ticket (age 15 years of age and over) early bird reservations until 30 September 2010
$25 per person/ticket (age 15 year of age and over) 1 October onwards (gate sales are not guaranteed)
$10 per person/ticket (age 15 years and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

Painter - sculptor - jeweller - carver - potter - glass artist - textile artist - photographer doesn't matter what your medium or style is - we want to hear from you. We are looking for 90 artists to show and sell their original artworks over 2 days in the 4 top gardens to 2000 visitors. This is a great opportunity to showcase your art in a unique event.

Registration cost is $35.
